Compilation and analysis of financial information for entry in books of accounts; Analysis and preparation of detailed financial statements by department, reconciliation of various schedules to Profit and loss, and balance sheet summarizing current and projected company financial position; audit contracts, orders and vouchers, to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement, establish, modify, document and coordinate implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures, as well as devise and implement general accounting procedures; Develop and implement company's financial information systems, management systems and internal controls to ensure records are accurate and controls are sufficient to protect the company as well as review company's operations, assessing internal controls including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas evaluating their efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with corporate policies, procedures and government regulations; Communicate with regulatory auditors and Internal auditors and answering technical questions regards company’s financials. Strong accounting background in auditing, accounting control procedures and preparation of financial reports. Education: Bachelor in Accounting/ Business/Commerce or its foreign Edu. Equiv. Must have at least five years of experience as Accountant, Finance/Accounts Manager, Controller, Mergers & Acquisitions.
